For the third year in a row the staff at Darnielle Insurance has collected their pocket change all year, which is matched by the agency owner, and shopping is done in order to make a donation to Tumbleweed. Tumbleweed is a local organization that is working to address the needs of at risk, homeless youth. This year we were able to provide $475.00 worth of clothing items, personal hygiene products, nutritious snacks, etc. for the food pantry and clothing closet at Tumbleweed.

Lasting Change for Vulnerable Youth

The Tumbleweed Program is a non-profit, community-based agency, founded in 1976, which provides services to runaway, homeless, and vulnerable youth and their families. Tumbleweed's crisis counseling and youth services are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Tumbleweed's vision is to end youth homelessness in our community. We do this through building and sustaining a top notch team and providing youth focused programming that evokes lasting life change.
