After a bad auto accident involving clients of the agency, they made the Highway Patrolman promise NOT to put their beloved dog BeBe in a shelter as they were both being transported to the hospital for care. The Patrolman held the dog for a couple hours but then had to press the owners for a decision on what to do with their dog. They announced that their agent, Frank DuPree, would help them out and please take the dog to the insurance agency. Believe it or not the Patrolman arrived with the little dog who was not hurt, but missing it's owners. Frank took charge of the dog and it was returned to the owners later that evening. Talk about a full service agency!
